Knowing when to add a coffee to compliment another is a process. These  are some of our long time success stories, the best flavors we’ve uncovered.

Santa Cruz Smooth: Medium bodied Complex finish. Aromatic and lively Pacific and Indonesian beans expressly blended and roasted lighter than traditional French Roasts to preserve subtleties lost by darker roasting. The Classic West Coast Coffee.

Suite Italian: Italian Roast, almost a light French Roast, medium bodied roast with a slight fruitiness. A blending of Pacific rim coffees combined to create a taste with a distinctive fruity sweet finish.

Bitch’s BreW Morning Dew House Blend-Named after Jazz Great Miles Davis’s classic record. IT, like Mile’s offered the darkest of the dark and the lightest of the light with the same familiar flavor all the way through. A FLAVORED coffee.    

-Black Friday: In our old store in W-S we had a gathering each Friday of fine coffee connoisseurs, joke and story tellers and overall great people. They liked blending the Santa Cruz Smooth and Suite Italian claiming that together it set the taste buds on fire.
