The A Typical  Coffee Roast that everyone first thinks of when they think of fresh coffee, a dark bean glistening with oil. These are the best examples of what coffee has to offer.

Ethiopian Yrgacheffe: An arresting bergamot aroma, sweet penetrating acidity and a solid winey body form this excellent example of a classic Ethiopian washed coffee.

Kenya AA: Like the Arabian Mocha and the Ethiopian Harrar to the North, Kenya AA has a dry winey aftertaste. Not as winey as the Ethiopian Harrar(or Yrgacheffe) but fuller bodied than the Yemen Mocha.

Yemen Mocha Mitari: This coffee is grown in Yemen on the hills of the southern tip of the Arabian Peninsula. Yemen coffee or “Bin Adani” is the oldest known coffee and the original seed of all Arabica coffees. Mocha or ”Moka” is the name of the old shipping port in Yemen. Yemen Mocha coffee is a small bean that has medium acidity, full body, snappy with chocolaty flavor. It is a very well balanced coffee with rich and distinct aroma.

Indian Monsooned Malabar: From the Indian State of Karnataka in the region of Mysore. Very low in acid, high in body and has a mellow pleasant earthy flavor. The lowest acid coffee in the world.
