Over the years people have asked for suggestions on the best equipment for their brewing needs. Here are some of the Brands and units we have had experience with and can recommend.

There are as many brewers as there are coffee lovers out there. Over the years we have found some of the finest Commercial Brewers made are the Cafejo Brewers. In 8 years of day in day out usage at my Large café in Winston-Salem, NC I NEVER ONCE was down. The failsafe indicators make the unit ‘idiot proof’ and it truly makes the best brewed coffee out there for a coffeehouse.

For home use we recommend the Capresso Team series. The combination grinder/brewers are solid and dependable. We put these units in tour buses with bands like Boston, who use them all day and all night long.

Grinding is important and the Baratza Grinder is hard to beat for the money. There are more expensive units out there, but not with the same value as these.
