LITE ROASTS

Celebes Kalossi: This light roast is by far the favorite of the regular customers. It comes to us from the island of Sulawesi formerly known as Celebes. It has a heavy body with an almost syrupy rich flavor and a hint of spicyness common to Indonesian coffees. This is a very balanced coffee in terms of acidity. A crisp aftertaste.

Panama Casa Ruiz:.An intensely contradictory coffee. On one hand, full, smooth body, expressively and deeply sweet, long vibrant finish but maintains an odd edginess.

Brazilian Yellow Bourban Santos: Bourban Santos is smooth in flavor, medium in body, with moderate acidity. Santos coffees are grown mainly in the State of San Paulo. By far this is the favorite typica coffee of our Roastmaster

-Sumatra Mandheling:Mandheling is probably the most full bodied coffee in the world; you can feel the richness settling in the corners behind your tongue. It has a relatively low acidity, but enough to keep the cup vibrant and interesting. The flavor, like the body, is rich, smooth, and full.
