DARK ROASTS Santa Cruz Smooth: Medium bodied Complex finish. Aromatic and lively Pacific and Indonesian beans expressly blended and roasted lighter than traditional French Roasts to preserve subtleties lost by darker roasting. The Classic West Coast Coffee. Suite Italian: Italian Roast, almost a light French Roast, medium bodied roast with a slight fruitiness. A blending of Pacific rim coffees combined to create a taste with a distinctive fruity sweet finish.
Ethiopian Yrgacheffe: An arresting bergamot aroma, sweet penetrating acidity and a solid winey body form this excellent example of a classic Ethiopian washed coffee.
Kenya AA: Like the Arabian Mocha and the Ethiopian Harrar to the North, Kenya AA has a dry winey aftertaste. Not as winey as the Ethiopian Harrar(or Yrgacheffe) but fuller bodied than the Yemen Mocha. Yemen Mocha Mitari: This coffee is grown in Yemen on the hills of the southern tip of the Arabian Peninsula. Yemen coffee or “Bin Adani” is the oldest known coffee and the original seed of all Arabica coffees. Mocha or ”Moka” is the name of the old shipping port in Yemen. Yemen Mocha coffee is a small bean that has medium acidity, full body, snappy with chocolaty flavor. It is a very well balanced coffee with rich and distinct aroma. Indian Monsooned Malabar: From the Indian State of Karnataka in the region of Mysore. Very low in acid, high in body and has a mellow pleasant earthy flavor. The lowest acid coffee in the world. -Black Friday: My Brother-In-Law Monty McKissock, who owns and operates Monty's Log Cabin in Felton, CA has great taste. He introduced me to a blend of two of the coffee's I have, that together set the taste buds on fire with excitement. Santa Cruz Smooth and Suite Italian in equal parts.
-Puerto Rico Yaucco Select: Creamy with a buttery body. Fruity sweet tones and is very fragrant. A light spicy finish.

LITE ROASTS Celebes Kalossi: This light roast is by far the favorite of the regular customers. It comes to us from the island of Sulawesi formerly known as Celebes. It has a heavy body with an almost syrupy rich flavor and a hint of spicyness common to Indonesian coffees. This is a very balanced coffee in terms of acidity. A crisp aftertaste. Panama Casa Ruiz:.An intensely contradictory coffee. On one hand, full, smooth body, expressively and deeply sweet, long vibrant finish but maintains an odd edginess. Brazilian Yellow Bourban Santos: Bourban Santos is smooth in flavor, medium in body, with moderate acidity. Santos coffees are grown mainly in the State of San Paulo
-Sumatra Mandheling:Mandheling is probably the most full bodied coffee in the world; you can feel the richness settling in the corners behind your tongue. It has a relatively low acidity, but enough to keep the cup vibrant and interesting. The flavor, like the body, is rich, smooth, and full.

No ‘X’ eSpresso To understand the importance of a good eSpresso we should first define what is meant by eSpresso. An eSpresso is approximately one ounce of a dark, smooth, heavy-bodied, aromatic, bittersweet coffee drink topped by a thick reddish-brown foam of tiny bubbles. It is not six times stronger than a cup of coffee, as many people imply from the smaller volume; it is actually a completely different coffee beverage. The foam, or crema, that captures the intense coffee flavors is as important as the liquid coffee underneath.* By that definition we set out upon a quest for a true eSpresso. Starting of course with nomenclature or simply using the right word. The national chain coffee houses do NOT offer the liquid mentioned above. The product they offer bears little to no resemblance to true eSpresso, in fact they don't even refer to it as eSpresso, they call it eXpresso. Its probably easier to just roll with it than correct 10,000 employees and create a quality product. Our No X Euro Italian eSpresso is a rich creamy flavor which is complemented in a milk drink such as a latte or cappuccino, but is fabulous on its own, as it was intended and blended. The process, which is quite simple, is usually done incorrectly. We try to help our customers experience the essence of eSpresso. The timing, the tamp, the temperature, everything.
